The hotel was adorable, fairly clean and with cozy atmosphere, I really enjoyed the perfect location very close to downtown shopping. Location: the property was close to sites to see, the garden, and Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. Again, the hotel was relatively near Eureka Springs Downtown👍

The garden at 11 Singleton House was absolutely beautiful. I loved spending time on the deck, watching hummingbirds and butterflies. The location of the inn was also perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a shared bathroom and no air conditioning, I still enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this inn for its lovely garden and convenient location.

We stayed in a room decorated with flowers and a comfy bed. the breakfast was delicious, especially the almond French toast, and served on a lovely deck overlooking a garden. the location is close to everything, in a quiet area just a block or so from downtown. Parking is convenient and it's easy to explore the old school trails behind the house.
We encountered an issue with the room's soundproofing that affected our privacy.

The staff were friendly, informative, and very kind, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy sitting area and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. We were also impressed with the room amenities, which included ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The complimentary coffee and tea were welcomed during our romantic escape. the location was convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the peaceful and serene surroundings and the privacy of our room.
Our disappointment started with the lack of cleanliness in the room. the sheets were stained and there were hairs in the bathroom.
